London, a city with a rich history, culture, and new ideas, draws tourists from all over the world with its timeless appeal and endless possibilities. Get ready for an amazing trip through the heart of this famous city, where you will have three days to fully experience its energy.
**Day 1**
Start your trip with a stroll through the famous streets of Covent Garden, which are full of street artists, small shops, and cool cafes. If you want to avoid the crowds head there first thing so you can stroll the streets after having a coffee in one of the many cute cafes. I recommend eating lunch at Masala Zone for Indian food which London is known for. Discover the area’s one-of-a-kind stores and boutiques, such as TK Maxx, which is like TJ Maxx here in the States. After you have shopped and enjoyed the Indian food London boasts, take a stroll through the historic Westminster area. There, you can see famous sites like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey.
**Day 2:**
Start your day off by going to Borough Market, where you can look around at the lively market shops that sell a wide range of tasty foods. I recommend going early as this area is very crowded. Be sure to get some oysters at Richard Howard’s Oysters. After that, go to the Tower of London to learn about hundreds of years of royal history. Check out the Tower’s well-known features, like the Crown Jewels and the famous Beefeaters. From there, you can take a stroll across the beautiful Tower Bridge, which has views of the River Thames and the city skyline. In the afternoon, check out the unique areas of Shoreditch and Camden. Enjoy the lively atmosphere and colorful street art.
**Day 3:**
Beyond the city lines, you can find the mysterious wonder of Stonehenge. You can take a bus from London and if you want to make it a full day adventure you can also include a visit to Windsor Castle and Bath. After that, go back to London and spend the rest of the day relaxing and taking in the beauty of your surroundings or visiting other interesting places. You could spend a lot of money on dinner at the Shard and enjoy stunning views of the city which I highly recommend, or you could just grab a drink at one of its stylish bars.
As the third day of your trip through London comes to a close, think about how full of fun and new things you’ve learned it has been. Every part of your trip, from the busy streets of Covent Garden to the historic sites of Westminster and the peaceful beauty of Stonehenge, has become a part of your memories that will last a lifetime. Know that London will always be ready to greet you with open arms when you come back, ready to show you new adventures and experiences around every corner.
